RUNDLL: Trouble executing "C:/WINDOWS/system32/NvCpl.dll,NvS tartup and Microsoft Visual C++ Library: Runtime Error! Program:"C:/WINDOWS/system32/RUNDL 32.EXE"

Whenever i start up my computer, i suffer the two error messages stated in the title. I have scanned for viruses, both with AVG and Windows Malevolent. I have also ran CHKDSK. However, these messages remain. What's more, my computer is now taking 5-10 minutes to shut down, and my Wi-Fi connecting is highly unstable for some reason. PS: I am now also having trouble with my USB ports, which seem not to read that i have inserted a mouse, or wireless ear-phones. The only way around this is to restart, which of course takes 10 mintes. Please help! PPS: I have also downloaded and reinstalled the C++ visual library.1 person got this answerI do too
